Forbidden rice rice pudding
Yummy eggplant colored rice pudding with coconut milk and crystalized ginger

I just add crystallized ginger to it. This last time it was a 1/4 cup and I still don't thing that was enough, maybe some fresh ginger along with the crystallized.
