Lets see, after i posted on Thursday the NIU shooting happened. Between that and the Lane Bryant shootings i have become more that a little disenchanted with out world.
Friday brought a semi relaxing evening at home... only semi because we were packing to go to Cleveland.
Saturday up bright and early and off to puppy training. Straight from that we were on our way to Ohio for a 2 day visit with as many people as we could squeeze in.
Monday back to IL and back to working out after a slew of things kept me away all week
Tuesday work hit both of us like a load of bricks, though it took me a good 15 min to reorient myself, as i apparently lose the ability to work after only being away for a week.
Yesterday I had lunch with some peeps I hadn't seen in a while, which, despite the cold, was great.
Last night Bill Winnie and I walked outside and watched the lunar eclipse for a bit. You can see so many more stars down here that you could in the western burbs.
Now I sit here watching the little dog eat... she can be so peaceful sometimes :)

so very tired
congrats to rj and the other giants fans out there. this is the first time in a while i can honsestly say that the superbowl was interesting and exciting and that we watched to the end.
Out side of that we had the standard weekend of driving all around. saw brian and christie and also celebrated bill's mom's b-day.
Chicago has been dumped upon with snow lately and this week we will be getting.... rain (to get rid of some snow and then more snow. I think we've made up for the last two winders already.
Super tuesday is this week. for all of you who like to complaine about our government you need to vote to have a hand in where we are going, otherwise please don't complain anymore.
Thats about it... the pooch is gaining about a pound a week and is very cute.
