an athlete i am not...
...but i did play with a basket ball tonight. notice i didn't say I played basketball, because panting on the court and heaving balls towards the net isn't considered "playing"
and if anyone else is laughing at the combination of play, balls and panting, congrats you are four... just like me.

I feel your pain. I've starting taking step aerobics at the gym and it was not pretty.
