To quote a famous donkey, "Thanks for noticing me." As my title suggests, I am not creative so don't expect cool phrases or neat titles from me. Most of my posts are about my little life on this rock we call Earth.

People disgust me
shooting at doctors and nurses trying to evacuate sick people is just wrong... makes me sick.
how ever there are plenty of people who are opening their homes and hearts to the victims of katrina so i guess that is a glimmer of hope...

Looking back at all disasters and catastrophies the people who are the most desperate react the most obscenely it seems. I personally can't fathom a life of dispare, of constant struggle, of feeling hatred and being hated, and then in one weekend having everything I ever knew being swiped from me and left to defend myself with barely anything. Humans act worse then animals sometimes in the moment of chaos and unbeleivable fear. I personally cannot imagine attacking someone trying to help me in my most deperate moment and I would not take advantage of others by stealing unnecessarily but I am sure I would do what I had to, to protect my own life and that of my family. In New Orleans it was a very, very small percentage of peole who acted so horribly, for the most part it was a show of love and care, of reaching out to help another. this event is a very important lesson, an observation of the breakdown of our social system in America.
