25 lbs

I have spent the better part of today processing my tomatoes. I have 7 pints of quartered tomatoes in their own juice that are almost done processing. I have (hopefully) 5 pints of sauce. I also have 8 tomatoes left over. In the box there were 3 that were beyond saving. Overall, I am very proud of my tomato filled day. I can't wait to taste the fruits of my labor.
