I am currently spending my time off puttin up tomatoes of the winter.
Yesterday I made about 15 cups of potato soup.
Maybe tomorrow I can make fruit pie fillings. Ha ha hmmm
Good for you! Last year I canned a TON of stuff cause my dad had so many tomatoes left in his garden. It is a lot of work but oddly fulfilling. :) And I can empathize on the unemployed thing. I don't think I'll ever have as good as what I just left. The things we do for school.
